Navratri Pavti Book Design for Garba Mandal Donations

A Navratri pavti book is used by Garba groups, Mandals, and Navratri committees to write down donation details. When people give Chanda for the event, their name, amount, date, and receipt number can be written in the book. This keeps the donation details together and makes them easier to check. A Garba mandal pavti book can also have Maa Amba, Garba, dandiya, diya, and other Navratri designs.

What Is a Navratri Pavti Book?

A Navratri pavti book is a small receipt book made for collecting Chanda during Navratri. Each page can have a receipt section where the donor's name, amount, date, and other details can be filled in. The Mandal can keep the receipt copy for its records and give the other copy to the person who made the donation.

A Navratri chanda book PSD is useful when you want to change the design before printing. You can add the name of your Mandal or committee, logo, address, phone number, and other details. You can also change the text and design elements to suit your Navratri event.

Why Is a Navratri Pavti Book Needed?

During Navratri, many people may give donations for Garba, decoration, food, music, or other event work. Writing every donation in one place helps the committee keep the details in order. It also makes it easier to find an old receipt when needed.

A receipt can include:

• Donor name
• Donation amount
• Date
• Receipt number
• Mandal name
• Contact number
• Signature
• Payment details

A Garba mandal pavti book can be printed with enough space for writing. The receipt should not have too much artwork around the writing area. Maa Amba pictures, dandiya sticks, Garba figures, flowers, and simple borders can be used around the main receipt section.

Make a Pavti Book for Your Navratri Committee

A Navratri Committee Pavti Book can be made with the name and details of your local committee. You can add the committee logo and contact number so people know which Mandal is collecting the donation. A clear receipt number on every page can also help when checking the records later.

The book can be printed in a size that is easy for volunteers to carry while collecting Chanda. The text should be large enough to read, and the writing spaces should be wide enough for names and amounts.

Crafty Art has Navratri and festival templates that can be edited for your event. You can select a suitable design, add your committee information, and prepare it for printing. A simple pavti book design can help keep your Navratri donation receipts together and make daily record work easier.
