Dahi Handi Chanda Book with Traditional Editable Format

A Dahi Handi Pavti Book can make the Chanda collection simple and organized for a local Mandal. A Dahi Handi Chanda Book gives members a clear way to record contributions received from families, shops, businesses and other supporters. The Krishna theme shown in the design adds a festive touch with Bal Gopal, peacock feathers, matki, flowers and traditional decorations. The receipt area stays simple, so members can easily write the needed details.

Bal Gopal Theme for Dahi Handi Chanda Collection

A Bal Gopal theme can make a receipt book look cheerful and suitable for Dahi Handi celebrations. The design can use Krishna with a matki, peacock feathers, small flowers and decorative borders. These elements bring a traditional feel without taking attention away from the receipt details. The Mandal can add its name, logo, contact number, event name and other information according to its needs.

A Dahi Handi Chanda Book can be useful when several volunteers are involved in collecting contributions. Everyone can use the same receipt format while visiting different people. This keeps the collection process simple and helps the committee keep the receipts together.

The receipt area can have space for:

• Contributor name and date
• Amount received
• Receipt number
• Mandal details
• Collector's signature

Simple Receipt Layout for Mandal Members

A Janmashtami Dahi Handi Pavti Book can be prepared with a clean layout that is easy to fill in. Volunteers may need to write details quickly while meeting supporters, so the writing area should have enough space. A simple format also makes the receipt easy for the contributor to understand.

The Krishna artwork can be placed around the receipt section instead of covering the writing space. A dark blue, cream, or traditional festive background can work well with Bal Gopal artwork. Peacock feathers, matki designs and small decorative elements can be added around the edges to create a balanced look.

Traditional Details for a Krishna-Themed Pavti Book

A Dahi Handi Pavti Book can be customized to match the Mandal's festival style. The group may choose a simple traditional layout or a colorful design for Janmashtami celebrations. The event year, Mandal name, contact details and receipt information can be changed whenever needed.

Before printing the full book, checking one sample is helpful. The committee can look at the writing space, receipt number, text, margins and overall design. This can help find small mistakes before several copies are printed.
